#2 Coulomb's Law Derivation
Coulomb’s law states that Force exerted between two point charges:
1. Is inversely proportional to square of the distance between these charges and
2. Is directly proportional to product of magnitude of the two charges

If charges are placed in a medium other than vacuum, then
